POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor will oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable and Invoicing departments in both domestic and foreign currencies. Additionally, these individual coordinates, collaborates and interfaces in a wide array of other essential business activities and special projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Full cycle accounts payable include bi-weekly check runs, month end close and accruals for companies in 3 countries.
- Supervise high volume invoicing.
- Intercompany and Related Party AP/AR reconciliations
- Ensure adherence with internal control processes including ultimate validation of proper approvals in accordance with established grants of authority.
- Supervise and coordinate fulfillment of quarterly audit samples.
- Coordinate and review of letters of credit and Performance Bonds
- Coordinate renewal of annual insurance program renewal and audits
- Manage workload for team members, approve timecards/requests for time off, as well as prepare and deliver performance reviews.
- Training and development of staff
- Direct interface and collaboration with internal and external parties (including but not limited to Internal Department Managers and Executive Staff, Parent Company, Bankers, Insurance Brokers, Auditors, Vendors, Customers and Consultants) to resolve issues and accomplish tasks.
- Assists Accounting Manager to streamline, revise, develop, and implement processes, policies and procedures as related to the area of responsibility.
- Training and development of staff
- Special projects and other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and 5 years related experience in a high-volume business environment or equivalent combinations of training and experience.
- Supervisory experience and proficiency in SAP is a plus.
- Effective written and oral communication and computer skills
