Facility Manager
Active - FULL TIME REGULAR Round Rock, TX, USPOSITION SUMMARY
Manage the day-to-day activities of the facilities and equipment maintenance teams, as well as contracted services, including but not limited to security, janitorial, and landscaping services. Manage operation and maintenance of the facility physical plant. Coordinate and direct the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Serve the needs over 300 internal customers whose requests may vary day to day, and from department to department, for a 450,000 square foot manufacturing, design, and corporate division headquarters.
- Identify and initiate meaningful improvements that increase productivity, reduce equipment downtime, reduce operating costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and recommend methods for improving plant energy efficiency and utilization.
- Direct maintenance activities on utility systems to ensure a reliable continuous supply of heat, electric power, gas, water, and compressed air as required for operations.
- Ensure facility remains in compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct repair, maintenance, modification and/or installation of machines, tools, and equipment to support evolving business needs.
- Oversee and direct maintenance personnel and/or contractors engaged in facility renovation, construction, and repair projects.
- Facilitate leasing of unutilized space within the facility, and act as company representative for transactions and communication with tenant.
- Develop, administer, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs.
- Inspect machinery and equipment for conformance with operational and maintenance standards.
- Plan, budget, and schedule plant modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction and equipment acquisitions.
- Inspect construction, installation and maintenance activities progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.
- Review new product plans, in conjunction with manufacturing engineering, to provide input regarding changes or additions to facility or equipment needed to support new product introduction.
- Provide training to employees to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures.
- Confer with management, engineering, and quality assurance to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operation and condition of machines and equipment.
- Prepare department operating and capital expenditure budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to budget.

Production Planner
Active - FULL TIME REGULAR

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary function of this position will be to work with the Production Control Team to translate project deliverable requirements into manufacturing plans based on the latest delivery dates and project requirements. This person will plan, monitor and support schedules and material availability throughout the procurement, manufacturing, testing, and shipping phases.
The role will also include strong leadership and support for Associate Production Planners, as well as productivity management and continuous improvement on projects and initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and update engineering and drafting schedules.
- Review all sales order change notices to ensure timely updates to production orders to minimize any delays.
- Create schedules for respective production shop floor areas to fulfill contract dates, effectively utilize resources, manage inventory levels, minimize overtime and meet factory production and shipping forecast targets.
- Interface with various departments concerning factory capacity, equipment and tooling specifications and availability, product specifications and parts and raw material availability.
- Relay relevant information to management regarding material shortages, potential schedule interruptions and possible equipment maintenance that would affect a smooth and timely production output.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the plant, materials and purchasing managers and the shop floor supervisors to mitigate current and anticipated issues, identify opportunities and facilitate production flow.
- Manage the planning, creation, release and maintenance of production orders in SAP.
- Issue Purchase Requisitions for long lead-time material procurement as well as expedite equipment and materials to support production schedules.
- Utilize SAP and relevant worksheets to monitor and support production planning, capacity planning and operational management.
- Utilize SAP to view material movements, quantities on order and the current balance on hand to ensure materials needed by the manufacturing plants are available.
- Interface with Engineering to maintain accurate material masters and BOM structures within the SAP system.
- Review the Bill of Material for Make/Buy decisions based on manufacturing capabilities and capacity and also subcontract recommendations.
- Provide support for special projects, and complete other duties as assigned.
SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS
There will be extensive interdepartmental contact with Operations and staff departments including Design Engineering, Drafting, Purchasing, Marketing, and Manufacturing Engineering. These contacts require the exchange, explanation, and interpretation of technical information related to problems that arise in the preparation and execution of short-term to long-term schedules.
There may also be interface with visiting customers and expeditors to review material status and production schedules.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business or Technical Degree or equivalent experience
- Certification by American Production and Inventory Control Society desirable
- Three to five years of production control or planning experience.
- Knowledge of computerized manufacturing systems (such as MRP)
- Experience in manufacturing, production management, production planning or supporting TECO-Westinghouse’s manufacturing production planning process.
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office and SAP
- Knowledge of SAP forecasting, planning, production scheduling, and customer service module functionality and processes
- Knowledge of the master data that drives the forecasting, planning, production scheduling and shipping functionality in SAP

Direct the financial functions of TECO Holdings North and South American companies and others, as assigned, including accounting, tax, financial planning, and control. Direct the accounting function in accordance with IFRS rules. Produce financial statements that accurately reflect the financial condition of the business. Coordinate an annual examination by external auditors chosen by the Board of Directors.

Position Title
Motor Field Service Specialist
Round Rock, TX, US Provide start-up, troubleshooting, repair and training services in the field on large custom built Induction, Wound Rotor, Synchronous, and DC motors manufactured or repaired by TWMC. Field Service Technician may provide motor repair and/or motor service depending on the scope of the project and the need of the region. Responsible for the planning, execution, and project management of assigned field service projects which includes direct communication with the customer regarding the technical repair recommendations.The position requires approximately up to 85% travel, including up to 10% international travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Successfully complete customer site specific requirements for contractors including background check, drug & alcohol testing and safety training and testing.
- Compose and conduct job hazard analysis and pre-job briefs.
- Develop and implement plans for start-up and commissioning machines manufactured or repaired by TECO-Westinghouse.
- Conduct on-site training related to the proper maintenance, operation and storage of TECO-Westinghouse motors.
- Compose professional and accurate field service trip reports for submission to customers.
- Compose and conduct technical training presentations for customers related to motor installation, startup, commissioning, and predictive/preventative maintenance activities.
- Support field sales representatives with customers by providing strong technical proficiency during the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the field sales representatives to develop and grow TECO-Westinghouse Service business for repair, field service components and renewal parts.
- Participate as the primary technical advisor at customer locations during field projects.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve field problems through coordination of appropriate TECO-Westinghouse personnel, outside organizations and the customer’s technical team.
- Identify and recommend equipment/services that offers increased reliability and value to the customer.
- Request parts, tools, test equipment, and PPE required for assigned projects. Coordinate with the appropriate TECO-Westinghouse department to have them shipped to the job site.
- Monitor the work scope and control costs of field work performed. Communicate any additional or expanded scope of work to the Service inside sales team for commercial evaluation.
- Coordinate and communicate with factory operations on repairs or other corrective actions required at factory in Round Rock.
- Participate as technical advisor to the Service BU during commercial negotiations with the customer.

Motor & Generator Testing Engineer
Active - FULL TIME REGULAR Round Rock, TX USPOSITION SUMMARY
This position is for a hands-on engineer who will work in a team environment to utilize their skills and talents to plan and deploy or design and construct electrical and electromechanical equipment and systems to support testing of rotating machinery and related systems testing. They will develop improved test methods and equipment to reduce test time, data entry, and variation in results. The applicant will learn test processes, update and improve work instructions with a visual emphasis, create training videos and train employees on instruments, tests, and paperwork. They’ll ensure we have the right equipment and PPE for these tests and make recommendations as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Evaluates measured data and coordinates review of measured data and recommends design and/or testing modifications to achieve testing success.
- Reviews and analyzes contract and quotation data to determine feasibility of proposed testing.
- Designs test tooling and systems, including test fixtures, motor mounts, sensor mounting brackets and fasteners.
- Plans and prepares technical reports, function documentation, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation development.
- Maintain and upgrade systems and related equipment to correct errors, maintain operation, add features, or otherwise improve systems after implementation.
- Recommend, develop, and schedule training for staff on in-house developed systems.
- Develop and implement improved test processes, methods, and supporting systems for product development, evaluation, and validation testing.
- Identify the PPE required for tests and understand why.
- Identifies, develops, installs and maintains reliability systems for monitoring critical process machinery, such as test department motor generator sets, electrical systems (transformers, tap changers, thyristor power supplies, etc.) and manufacturing process equipment.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler (all levels)

Assembles electrical components and circuits by reading and interpreting specifications, assembly drawings and outline drawings and bills of materials. Wires components together, which may include cutting and bending conduit. Performs small precision assembly and assembly of large units as required. Fabricates or modifies parts or structures according to specifications, using drills, cutters,. Completes documentation and maintains traceability records. Uses drawings and/or bill of material to pull correct parts for the assembly process. Performs assignments with minimal direction. Receives direction from the Team Leader or Supervisor. Assists more highly skilled team members. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Works in a variety of manufacturing areas to include machining, winding, coil and other assembly, painting, testing, and shipping.
- Performs in process quality checks to include electrical testing, close tolerance measuring, and documentation.

AP/AR Supervisor

The Supervisor will oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable and Invoicing departments in both domestic and foreign currencies. Additionally, these individual coordinates, collaborates and interfaces in a wide array of other essential business activities and special projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Full cycle accounts payable include bi-weekly check runs, month end close and accruals for companies in 3 countries.
- Supervise high volume invoicing.
- Intercompany and Related Party AP/AR reconciliations
- Ensure adherence with internal control processes including ultimate validation of proper approvals in accordance with established grants of authority.
- Supervise and coordinate fulfillment of quarterly audit samples.
- Coordinate and review of letters of credit and Performance Bonds
- Coordinate renewal of annual insurance program renewal and audits
- Manage workload for team members, approve timecards/requests for time off, as well as prepare and deliver performance reviews.

Administer and resolve after-market warranty issues on all motors manufactured for and by TECO-Westinghouse in Round Rock and Taiwan. Supervise Warranty Administrators for stock products group. Review drawings and factory test reports in order to support customers with technical questions related to the maintenance and performance of motors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

- Review test performance data and process specifications to support customers and subcontractors with information needed in the repair of electric motors.
- Coordinate field coverage for inspection and/or repairs of motors through factory personnel or outside consultants.
- Provide guidance to customers on advisability of making repairs in field or sending motor to local shop or feasibility of returning motor to TECO-Westinghouse to repair.
- Negotiate with repair shops on work to be performed in the field or in the shop and monitor scope and cost of field work performed by customer, contractor or agents.
- Coordinate with customer return of motors to TECO-Westinghouse for repairs when necessary. Work with Factory Operations and Service Division to resolve warranty issues on these motors and follow through to completion.
- Issue requisitions for materials required to resolve field problems and follow to completion.
- Coordinate the shipment of ship-short items, installation of items at customer site and closing the EAN.
- On warranty parts: request and obtain parts, have them inspected and shipped to the field. If needed contract outside source to install at customer site.
- Coordinate and communicate with factory operations on repairs or other corrective actions required at the factory in Round Rock and Taiwan.
- Update and post Field Assistance Report (FAR) Database records.
- Travel to installation sites to investigate and/or resolve field problems.

SUMMARY
Responsible for identifying, acquiring and developing new and existing global customer relationships, determining their service needs, perform strategic market analysis, negotiating multi-million-dollar service agreements, quote and close DC motor armatures, field frames and other components and Marine and specialty sales opportunities.
Manage, train and coordinate Field Service Representatives and perform field service activities for AC Motors, drives and systems and DC motors. Manage warranty service activities on DC Motors, AC Motors, Drives and Systems on behalf of the Service department. This position requires approximately 25% International and domestic travel time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategically acquire new customers, develop long-term customer relationships, and grow sales revenue to achieve 100% of budget for the after-market Service Business Unit

Operations Sourcing Leader

POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Sourcing Leader position will act as the primary owner for the assigned commodity to execute on TECO-Westinghouse’s Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Initiatives. In this role you will provide insight and support in the development and execution of Commodity Strategies. You will be responsible for the procurement cycle (RFx-PO-Delivery) support all the sourcing analytics (spend/market/cost models) and drive supplier performance (Quality, Delivery & Cost)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive RFx activities and ensure PO’s area placed and confirmed
- Accuracy and integrity of Item/Vendor Master Records
- Support the development of Cost Models for key components and High Level Assemblies
- Identifies and communicates potential Supply Chain Risk issues such as inflation, material availability, Sole/Single Source, etc.
- Active participation in defining the Sourcing Strategy for the assigned commodity
- Supplier Relationship Management, from Supplier Discovery/Qualification to Business Awards/Contract Negotiations to Supplier Performance (Quality, Delivery & Cost)
- Facilitates supplier technical engagement to improve designs and manufacturing processes
- Resolution of invoicing issues
- Communicates and negotiates changes in demand with suppliers Ensures all ECN affecting parts are communicated and followed through to implementation
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position
- Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required
- Compliance with all Company policies is required, including adherence to Company ISO 9001 Standards’ Company Affirmative Action Plan and Company Safety procedures
- Incorporate the Standards of Excellence as outlined by TECO-Westinghouse; (Pride, Desire, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, follow-through into daily activities in order to create a Total Quality environment through personal commitment to excellence
- All other functions (non-essential functions) as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (MBA would be a plus); or 2+ years of industry experience in Electro Mechanicals / Electric - Electronics / Metal Fabrication fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management
Experience developing and implementing cost models
Experience in managing supply chain risk and supplier performance processes
