AP/AR Supervisor

The Supervisor will oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable and Invoicing departments in both domestic and foreign currencies. Additionally, these individual coordinates, collaborates and interfaces in a wide array of other essential business activities and special projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Full cycle accounts payable include bi-weekly check runs, month end close and accruals for companies in 3 countries.
- Supervise high volume invoicing.

- Ensure adherence with internal control processes including ultimate validation of proper approvals in accordance with established grants of authority.

- Direct interface and collaboration with internal and external parties (including but not limited to Internal Department Managers and Executive Staff, Parent Company, Bankers, Insurance Brokers, Auditors, Vendors, Customers and Consultants) to resolve issues and accomplish tasks.

Position Title
Warranty Supervisor
Active - FULL TIME REGULAR Round Rock, TX, USPOSITION SUMMARY
Administer and resolve after-market warranty issues on all motors manufactured for and by TECO-Westinghouse in Round Rock and Taiwan. Supervise Warranty Administrators for stock products group. Review drawings and factory test reports in order to support customers with technical questions related to the maintenance and performance of motors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Promote safe work habits and ensure employee compliance with all safety policies.
- Promote and maintain quality workmanship and product.
- Manage overtime utilization and re-allocate or share resources with other departments as needed to maintain overall factory balance between workload and labor capacity, in order to minimize cost while maintaining schedule.
- Resolves errors and complaints from internal and external customers.
- Studies and implements procedural changes to improve efficiency of subordinates.
- Maintain a clean and orderly shop in assigned areas.
- Maintain a disciplined work force.
- Support field service activities on and off site, when required.
- Train subordinates. Ensure team members receive training and that performance meets established quality standards.
- Communicate status of customer warranty claims.
- Assist QA and Engineering with the investigation of manufacturing errors or in-process failures, determine root cause / corrective action, and develop an effective recovery plan.
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, expedites workflow; issues written and oral instructions.
- Enforce contractual warranty terms and conditions.
- Identify, collect and resolve field problems through coordination of appropriate TECO-Westinghouse personnel and/or outside organizations.
- As required, establish daily contact with all levels of TECO-Westinghouse: Field Sales, Contracts, Engineering, Marketing, Factory Operations, Service Division, Traffic, Accounting and Treasury.
- Research warranty claims in order to justify cost and determine where cost should be allocated.
- Read TECO-Westinghouse drawings and wiring diagrams in order to support customers and subcontractors with information needed in the repair of electric motors.
- Review test performance data and process specifications to support customers and subcontractors with information needed in the repair of electric motors.
- Coordinate field coverage for inspection and/or repairs of motors through factory personnel or outside consultants.
- Provide guidance to customers on advisability of making repairs in field or sending motor to local shop or feasibility of returning motor to TECO-Westinghouse to repair.
- Negotiate with repair shops on work to be performed in the field or in the shop and monitor scope and cost of field work performed by customer, contractor or agents.
- Coordinate with customer return of motors to TECO-Westinghouse for repairs when necessary. Work with Factory Operations and Service Division to resolve warranty issues on these motors and follow through to completion.
- Issue requisitions for materials required to resolve field problems and follow to completion.
- Coordinate the shipment of ship-short items, installation of items at customer site and closing the EAN.
- On warranty parts: request and obtain parts, have them inspected and shipped to the field. If needed contract outside source to install at customer site.
- Coordinate and communicate with factory operations on repairs or other corrective actions required at the factory in Round Rock and Taiwan.
- Update and post Field Assistance Report (FAR) Database records.
- Travel to installation sites to investigate and/or resolve field problems.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Position Title
Manufacturing Engineer
Active - FULL TIME REGULAR Round Rock, TX USPOSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the economical manufacture of TWMC electric motor products to include cost estimating, design for manufacturability, process control, process improvements, and tooling design. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Participate in design reviews to establish standard and custom product designs that optimize manufacturability.
- Review and approve Engineering layouts and drawings for optimum manufacturability, cost, tooling, make/buy decision, and product structure.
- Develop and communicate a "manufacturing plan" for new designs or processes to Factory Operations.
- Generate new or revised process specifications to support manufacturing.
- Identify, design and procure required tooling and fixtures, including the control of tooling expenditures within established limits.
- Support Factory Operations during the manufacturing process through technical guidance and resolution of any problems or errors.
- Develop facility layouts and process flow charts that reflect current operations and processes.
- Analyze work samples and create routings to develop standards for labor utilization.
- Evaluate methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring of job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.
- Initiate and participate in departmental or company strategic programs. This includes cycle time, quality and cost improvement programs generated through continuous process improvement.

Receiving Specialist - Material Handler

The function of this role is to support the receiving team to receive, store and issue materials required for the building of products of Drives/E-Skid products at TECO-Westinghouse. Receives and distributes a wide variety of tooling and supplies along with performing transactions in SAP. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Unload materials from delivery equipment and inspects for visual damage. Coordinate the filing of a damage claim, if required, with the traffic specialist.
- Open boxes and verify the count of material against packing list to determine if there are shortages.
- Receiving material, de-packing, storing in identified locations.
- Issue materials to the shop floor for manufacturing of the Drives/E-Skid product line.

Position Title
Field Service Tech
Round Rock, TX, US
SUMMARY
Responsible for identifying, acquiring and developing new and existing global customer relationships, determining their service needs, perform strategic market analysis, negotiating multi-million-dollar service agreements, quote and close DC motor armatures, field frames and other components and Marine and specialty sales opportunities.
Manage, train and coordinate Field Service Representatives and perform field service activities for AC Motors, drives and systems and DC motors. Manage warranty service activities on DC Motors, AC Motors, Drives and Systems on behalf of the Service department. This position requires approximately 25% International and domestic travel time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategically acquire new customers, develop long-term customer relationships, and grow sales revenue to achieve 100% of budget for the after-market Service Business Unit
- Collaborate with Service and Engineering teams to create service solutions that meet customer needs.
- Lead, drive and negotiate complicated service proposals, sales and Master Service Agreement contracts, including terms and conditions on a routine basis
- Assemble technical/commercial proposal data for DC and AC motor repair, field service, DC motor replacement components and renewal parts
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to create and deliver technical customer presentations detailing Company service capabilities, predictive & preventative maintenance techniques, and IoT technologies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Arts or Science required. Candidates with equivalent experience in motors, low and medium voltage drives, and systems will be considered.
Minimum 10 years' experience working in a manager role or higher level in motor repair services, including predictive & preventive maintenance. Be recognized as a dominant factor in the marketplace through professional associations, direct customer contact with management at customer locations, able to carry-over those business relationships, associated companies, as well as, civic and governmental agencies.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Cost Analyst will collect and analyze complex financial information related to the organization’s costs, seeking ways to improve accuracy of budgets and forecasts and to decrease the cost of departments and projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures GAAP principles and Corporate polices on cost accounting are adhered to
- Prepares reports and analysis to provide detailed cost information
- Develops cost standards, inventory valuation methodologies, and product line profit and loss statements
- Develop monthly and annual forecasts and plans
- Interface with the upper level management in discussing variances and developing forecasts and plans.
- Supports the management of the company’s product inventory
- Plans study and collects data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor
- Analyzes expenses and cost transactions; ensures that transactions are recorded accurately and assigned to the appropriate projects and departments
- Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs
- Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic report comparing standard costs to actual production costs
- Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
- Develops the analytics to build forecasts and projections
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and at least 3 to 6 years of progressive experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

Engineering Service Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Engineering Service Manager is responsible for leading the team designing synchronous and DC machines, providing timely documentation and support to manufacturing and testing, and input to negotiations of new contracts. Drives product cost reduction, standardization, process improvement, and engineering productivity. Leads the service engineering team that is responsible for evaluating repair needs and developing repair plans for electric machines, supporting production, testing and field service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage order and project execution ensuring timely completion while meeting or exceeding product quality and performance expectations.
- Coordinate the preparation of technical proposals, outline drawings, customer documentation, and electrical and mechanical design including manufacturing drawings and bill-of-materials for synchronous and DC machines.
- Coordinate the preparation of drawings, repair instructions, customer reports and other relevant documentation required for service orders.
- Drive process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate and conduct design reviews.
- Interface with internal and external customers to clarify specifications and expectations, prepare and present technical reports and provide technical advice.
- Develop and execute or make recommendations to management on projects for product improvement. Make recommendations as to develop new products/services to meet market trends and assist in the creation of future design strategies.
- Establish performance, cost reduction and productivity goals for the department and create KPIs to support those goals.
- Monitor and manage department performance to ensure achievement of KPIs. Regularly provide reports covering department performance and KPI achievement status.
- Monitor and administer team performance, morale and engagement. Continuously identify training needs and develop training plans to enhance personnel capabilities, skills and performance. This also includes hiring, terminating, preparing and conducting of performance evaluations, as well as, providing performance related feedback including disciplinary actions as required.
- Engage and provide technical support to Company’s projects aiming at cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Plan and perform engineering duties on new or varied problems where only general objectives are stated and where no previous design or development data exists.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required), master’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and training.
- A minimum of five years previous experience managing complex projects and engineering staff is required.
- Experience with medium and high voltage rotating machines is desirable.
- Three to five years using applicable industry standards.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products.
- Experience using CAD, PLM and ERP systems.
- Must be a US person due to work on government contracts.

Electronics Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY
The electronics engineer will be responsible for designing, updating and testing boards and developing firmware. This position will require a strong background in PCB design and a firm grasp of circuit design. The electronics engineer must have experience designing boards that contain FPGA’s or CPU’s or be capable of demonstrating the knowledge to successfully design a board containing an FPGA or CPU. This role will require experience programing FPGA’s and an expertise in Verilog design.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct and direct product design and development, establishing new design guidelines and tools including FPGA programs, occasionally developing design methods outside established standards.
- Own the full FPGA design, including logic implementation, data movement and analysis, test benches, compilation, and timing analysis.
- Effectively testing and diagnosing issues when developing new board designs solving failures if they occur after release.
- Display an aptitude towards FPGA algorithms and an understanding of effective pipelining of data.
- Design systems to communicate data between multiple chips or boards. Must be familiar with various communication protocols.
- Design board layouts to reduce interference, minimize footprint and meet all design requirement
- Develop detailed documentation on board designs and Verilog.
- Collaborate with embedded software team to adapt firmware to meet the products needs.
- Prepare engineering reports covering topics or issues involving various products or technical fields, with contribution from various individuals including external consultants or subject matter experts. Some reports may be distributed outside the company.
- Direct the development of new products by coordinating the creation of specifications, prototype design, creation and execution of validation tests, reviewing and preparing supporting documentation.
