Systems Automation Product Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Job provides support to the Business Unit (BU) General Manager, which include setting product and price strategy, working with suppliers to provide TWMC with right and competitive product lines, product management, product budget control, developing and growing the business, vacation and time recording providing technical and commercial support to the Team. Provide training of Products, Procedures and commercial selling techniques.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist BU General Manager in daily operations.

Set product and price strategy.
Work with TECO and other suppliers to provide TECO-Westinghouse with the right and competitive product lines.
Supervise the Automation Engineer Specialists,
Develop and grow OEM and Distribution business.
Handle issues or problems that can be handled without reaching the BU General Manager.
Assists factory with product manuals to ensure suitability for domestic marketplace.
Upgrade firmware and test software as provided by TECO.
Visit customer sites to discuss product needs and requirements for applications and industries.
Attend Trade Shows to support sales effort, improve product visibility and obtain feedback on current product and market trends.
Travel to TECO manufacturing facilities, corporate headquarters, subsidiaries or customer sites as required to perform job responsibilities.
Develop product presentations as required.
Provide product training at factory or customer site.
Coordinates Corrective Action Warranty claims with factory personnel and internal warranty team.
Ensures TECO reimbursement for warranty claims are met in a timely manner.
Coordinates Field Service and start up assistance with warranty team.
Provide strategies on new projects and how they can result in an order.
Monitor and maintain budget for particular department.
Work with inventory team to monitor and maintain proper inventory/spare part levels in warehouse locations.
Up hold selling policy 4500T.
Offer technical and commercial advice on TECO-Westinghouse and/or TECO products and designs.
Provide end-of-month and quarterly reports concerning Bookings.
Provide Sales and Service training.
Train and Mentor new inside controls personnel for future self-reliance on customer visits, presentations, technical meetings, technical support and service work.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Monitor and maintain personnel records for holiday, etc.

Train and Mentor new inside applications people for future self-reliance on customer visits, presentations and technical meetings.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

LANGUAGE SKILLS

POSITION SUMMARY

The R&D Head reports to the President of TECO–Westinghouse. He or she develops and executes TECO-Westinghouse’s technology strategy, directs product development activities, directs and coordinates all activities related to negotiation designs and engineering documentation for shop orders and after-market services, implements and sustains continuous improvement initiatives, and builds and manages TECO-Westinghouse’s IP portfolio.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides leadership to establish short and long term objectives, plans, and policies driving product and technology development and project execution in support of company’s growth and profitability.
In conjunction with Business Development, builds product and technology roadmaps, and develops and executes plans to achieve the roadmap objectives.
Engages in TECO’s product development and engineering efforts, providing technical leadership and leading global engineering initiatives as required.
Prepares and manages engineering and R&D operating and capital budgets consistent with P&L and company financial goals.
Expands the company’s technical knowledge and engineering capabilities by developing staff and recruiting technical talent in support of technology and product development objectives.
Establishes and manages KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
Sustains a continuous improvement program to reduce department errors, increase productivity, and refine design tools.
Ensures timely execution of engineering orders, and product development projects within budget.
Manages technical computing resources by reviewing department needs, staying abreast of new developments, and preparing annual budgets.
Stays abreast of technological developments relevant to company’s business and takes necessary steps to assess technology readiness and applicability to company’s products and services.
Manages company’s IP portfolio determining IP protection strategy, and working with patent attorneys on patent filings.
Engages universities and government agencies in the development of business cases and technology development proposals, and securing funding and resources for R&D projects.
Represents the company in business and technical venues, before customers, stakeholders and the public.
Ensures company’s engineering know-how and technical data is securely maintained and retrieved.
Maintains engineering compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 standards and with company affirmative action plan and company safety procedures.
Other functions as required (non-essential functions).

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams developing and designing medium voltage variable frequency drives and/or medium and high voltage custom industrial electric machines in the multi megawatt range.
At least fifteen years of experience designing and/or building medium voltage power converters or multi megawatt electric rotating machines.
Experience in manufacturing and/or field support of custom electrical equipment is an asset.
Managerial experience must include budget preparation and management, P&L management, project planning and management, KPI formulation and tracking, and personnel development.
Experience managing continuous improvement initiatives is an asset.
Proven track record driving business growth through product development and NPI, and developing and executing product roadmaps.
Experience interacting with universities and government agencies in building business cases for R&D work and funding.
Experience managing IP portfolio and patent process.
Understanding of regulatory requirements for medium voltage power converters and electric machines is a plus.

EDUCATION and SKILLS

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Master’s or PhD. degree preferred.
Ability to confidently represent the company in technical or business venues.
Strong people skills.
Sense of urgency.
Ability to understand, summarize and communicate complex topics in accessible and clear terms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

Manage relationship with customers to achieve annual sales objectives. Develop and implement sales plans for achieving sales objectives. Willing to relocate to Chicago or Milwaukee area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Step beyond the role of salesperson by helping develop proprietary specifications from the conceptual stage.
Negotiate motor complicated and major negotiations on a routine basis.
Assemble technical/commercial proposal data.
Make customer presentations.
Develop product knowledge of all products.
Serve as a consultant/resource to the customer because of your knowledge, experience, and reputation as a problem solver.
Provide feedback on competitive pricing and strategy.
Make sales calls on customers.
Be cognizant of antitrust laws and company policies.
Counsel and assist in training Associate and Inside Negotiators.
Develop a proven track record in sales by selling a minimum of 100% of assigned loading.
Establish, implement, review, and modify sales plans jointly with TWMC to sell and service assigned customers.
Provide technical assistance to customers in the selection, application, operation and maintenance of TWMC products and services.
Be aware of, and responsive to, market conditions and competitive activities. Communicate such information to the operating divisions.
Develop and maintain a cooperative and credible working relationship with other Westinghouse personnel to assure that the customer receives the best possible unified effort and service.
Become a valuable resource to TWMC on customer needs, market conditions and business trends.
Plans and manages significant marketing programs.
Manage expense allowances to obtain greatest return on investment and submit an expense report by the end of each month.
Support the Total Quality effort by:
- Providing timely, accurate information for order entry.
- Elevating quality issues to the attention of management.
- Ensuring that accurate information flows to and from our customers.
- Serving on quality action teams as directed by management.
Implement new product introductions and programs
Collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence data on customer needs, preferences and buying habits, as well as that of competitive manufacturers.
Prepare sales/budget forecasts and a Commercial Operations Report by the end of each month.
Provide necessary reports, surveys and marketing information in a timely manner, as requested by your manager.
Support the efforts of other Sales Representatives by assuming a leadership role, by becoming a resource for Sales
Representatives and support personnel.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

B.S. degree in Engineering preferred. Candidate with other degrees or equivalent experience will be considered.
Five to seven years with a successful track record as a sales representative and a senior sales representative.
Be recognized as a dominant factor in the marketplace through professional associations, direct customer contact with management at customer locations, able to carry-over those business relationships, associated companies, as well as, civic and governmental agencies.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong communication and people skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers. Computer skills required: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. LANGUAGE SKILLS

Automation Engineer Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will be interfacing with end users, regional control specialists, and outside field sales to support and supply technical expertise on TWMC Automation products. Potential candidates shall poses the working knowledge and understanding of automation equipment such as variable frequency drives (VFDs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Contactors, Servos, and other automation equipment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit customer sites to discuss product needs and requirements for applications and industries.
Provide product training at factory or customer site.
Maintain professional and business like mindset to fellow employees and customers.
Organize workload to accomplish work in a timely fashion.
Plan and assist with new product releases.
Develop product presentations as required.
Provide feedback on all quality and product design issues.
Assist Controls Product Manager in daily operations.
Handle issues or problems that can be handled without reaching the Controls Product Manager.
Attend Trade Shows to support sales effort, improve product visibility and obtain feedback on current product and market trends.

Payroll Accountant

POSITION SUMMARY

The Payroll Accountant will oversee and supervise the payroll functions of the organization, ensuring pay and other functions are executed appropriately and in a timely manner and in compliance with government regulations and Company Lease Vehicle Provides workable solutions to business issues/problems to improve processes, design, and implementation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Process and monitor garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
Reconcile general ledger with regard to payroll transactions.
Setting up new State Taxes and State Jurisdiction.
Operates as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues.
Knowledge of employer paid benefits and tax reciprocity rules and regulations, in multiple U.S. states and Canadian environment.
Maintains payroll information and updates payroll records for US and Canada. Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures for US and Canada.
Execute Kronos time and attendance processing and interface with payroll.
Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concern.
Ensures company compliance with Payroll laws for US and Canada.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Makes recommendations and advises managers across departments on payroll procedures.
Review existing accounting financial systems and procedures and implement remedial measures, if necessary. Develop and implement new accounting and financial analysis procedures in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
Develop, review, or implement new procedures, methods, systems and techniques for processing financial data. Insure adequate controls and utilization of the latest and best accounting principles.
Maintain rental car agreements.
Implements, maintains, and reviews US and Canada payroll processing and accounting systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates for both US and Canada.
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Identifies and recommends updates to payroll accounting software, systems, and procedures.
Other functions as required (non-essential functions).
Prepare and provide payroll or 401k support documents when auditors request.
Work with workers comp audit.
Manages internal/external client relationships within area of responsibility.
Overseas all functions of maintaining, Order and Update Company Lease Vehicle.

SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS

The position requires daily contact with all levels of TWMC and TWMI and customers including Engineering, Marketing, Factory Operations, Supply Chain, Service and Accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS

POSITION SUMMARY

Review customer specifications and requirements to select and price equipment. Make written and telephone quotations; answer customer inquiries; assist in sales presentations and closing orders; work within company guidelines regarding pricing, delivery, terms and conditions and product offering; develop product knowledge and sales skills.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct support to existing customers to identify their needs and help solve their problems or complaints. Work with Field Sales and internal resources to develop new customers within his/her defined market.
Promote team efforts in selling by acting as the internal advocate and liaison for TECO-Westinghouse Field Sales and customers. Internally coordinate TECO-Westinghouse's Sales approach across all parties in the procurement process: E/C, OEM, Distributor, and User. Conduct correspondence and negotiations with customers and TECO-Westinghouse.
Use engineering design program to design induction motors to frame sizes and costing. Work with engineering on complex motor designs and manufacturing engineering on costing of such motors.
Prepare the technical document that transmits the customer order to engineering.
Maintain negotiation records, cost and price. Negotiate motor inquiries. Obtain and interpret orders. Gain proficiency in the order entry process.
Contribute to monthly reports as required.
Provide technical assistance to customers in the selection, application, operation and maintenance of TECO-Westinghouse products and services.
Assist with customer presentations and assemble complete technical/commercial proposal data on time. Provide marketing literature to customers as needed.
Gain product knowledge on all products.
Implement sales plans and strategies.
Provide feedback on competitive pricing strategy.
Be cognizant of antitrust laws and company policies.
Become familiar with customers business practices and procedures as they relate to his/her duties.
Increase technical competence and develop professionally for Sales Representative responsibilities.

Warehouse Coordinator - Des Moines, IA

POSITION SUMMARY

Assists with shipping and receiving of inventory in a warehouse environment. Compiles records concerned with cycle count, receiving, storing, issuing and other miscellaneous. Conduct inventory transactions. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN Des Moines, IA. ONLY CANDIDATES LOCAL TO THE AREA SHOULD APPLY. THERE IS NO RELOCATION AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure data integrity within SAP system, performs shipping, receiving and inventory transactions. Updates cycle count program as needed or requested, researches inventory discrepancies and reports findings to Inventory Control Specialist.
Ensures that all daily shipping, receiving and inventory transactions are done real time.
Works closely with RR in reporting receiving discrepancies regarding containers from Taiwan and Stock transfers from other locations.
Prepare shipping docs such as: Packing lists, bill of lading, airway bills and shipping labels.
Maintain daily shipping log to ensure all requested orders are shipped the same day.
Inputs all shipping charges and tracking numbers the next morning, for tractability purposes.
Unloads/loads trucks and containers. Maintains neat and clean warehouse. Uses FIFO (first in, first out) inventory method to ensure oldest motors and parts are shipped first.
Ensures that containers from Taiwan are unloaded, verified and moved to proper location expeditiously and SAP is updated.
Follows company's carrier routing guide based mode transportation, trust time and destination. Adheres to customer's routing requests.
Schedules trucks for daily shipments.
Follows corporate guidelines in selection and use of Common and Airfreight carriers
Runs daily transaction reports to ensure all daily transactions are posted correctly.
Negotiate and buy tools and other shop supplies and services required to support shipping activities (with approval).
Monitor the maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Assist Branch Coordinators in modification process.
This position may be required to fulfill regular on-call responsibilities as detailed in the TWMC On-Call Pay Policy.
Support Customer Service to answer phones, check stock, prepare orders and track orders as needed.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Quality Engineer III

POSITION SUMMARY

Individuals in this classification will assist with management of the Quality Assurance functions of TECO-Westinghouse, to ensure program effectiveness and continually improve the quality of our products, processes, and procedures. They will perform a combination of the following duties as appropriate to the job assignment: planning and directing development, application, and maintenance of quality system elements related to manufacture and delivery of products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop total quality initiatives and facilitate the implementation of those initiatives.
Represent TECO-Westinghouse in customer, vendor, and auditor facing situations, ensuring TECO-Westinghouse compliance with the ISO 9001 and other customer specified standards.
Assist with the establishment of quality program objectives and setting of long and short-range milestone activities needed to achieve those objectives.
Monitor and develop reports on overall effectiveness of the quality program and initiate risk assessment, corrective action, and program improvements as required.
Plan and implement methods that measure, control and document the results of manufacturing activity as it relates to quality products/services and processes at the TECO-Westinghouse facility, and monitor/report on the effectiveness of corresponding methods at other TECO facilities.
Support the purchasing function in the selection of quality suppliers. Perform source inspections and audits, monitor and report on supplier quality performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Apply problem solving techniques and statistical methods for process control activities and the design of experiments.
Utilize PC based tools for the preparation of procedures and instructions, development of descriptive statistics, and accessing the business and engineering systems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

BS/BBA degree required. BSEE/BSME preferred.
Five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with heavy industry, electromechanical or rotating machinery manufacturing, or power generation, is strongly preferred.
Three (3) years of Quality Assurance supervisory or management experience preferred.

Position Title

Power Electronics Services Engineering Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide leadership direction and supervision to the field service team for medium voltage drives. Provide commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and training services in the field on high power, medium voltage variable speed drives. Responsible for the planning, execution, and project management of assigned field service projects which includes direct communication with the customer regarding the technical recommendations. This position will serve as a manager for the MVD service team in addition to functioning in the Principal Engineer role. The position requires approximately 50% travel domestically and internationally. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Participates in the design phase of the medium voltage drives to be better situated and understand the scope of the project for a smooth transition to the start-up and commissioning phase.
Plans and conducts commissioning and field testing of medium voltage drives.
Provides engineering guidance, support and training to operation and maintenance personnel related to the use, operation and repair of medium voltage drives.
Prepares repair plans and associated design documents. Specifies materials, processes, and test requirements.
Troubleshoots, repairs and inspects medium voltage drives and associated equipment.
Reviews product event logs to identify faults. Uses the log information to identify and propose corrective actions and product improvements, and check product performance.
Maintains documentation and service reports.
Composes professional and accurate field service trip reports for submission to customers.
Conducts on-site training related to the proper maintenance, operation and storage medium voltage drives.
Participates as the primary technical advisor at customer locations during field projects.
Supports training of users. Actively participates in creating all user documentation including instruction manuals.
Actively supports new product design by reviewing changes and concepts before the drawings are released for production.
Participates in testing within the lab and working within Power Electronics team.
Assists in the development of engineers with less experience.
Identifies, and resolves field problems through coordination of appropriate TWMC personnel, outside organizations and the customer’s technical team.
Monitors the work scope and controls costs of field work performed. Communicates any additional or expanded scope of work to the Service inside sales team for commercial evaluation.
Coordinates and communicates with factory operations on repairs or other corrective actions required at factory in Round Rock.
Participates as technical advisor to the Service BU during commercial negotiations with the customer.
Gives technical guidance to customers on the feasibility of making repairs in field or shop.
Complies with TWMC and customer’s work safety practices at all times.
Complies with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelors of Science degree (B. S.) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from four-year college or university and 5 years of experience in field service.
Hands on experience commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing variable speed drives and/or power converters, and PCBs is required.
Experience with loading software into printed circuit boards and changing software parameters on products.
Familiar with using test equipment such as scopes, meters, sensors, etc. and taking measurements with instrumentation in the field.
Understanding of noise, dv/dt, di/dt, common mode, isolation, and grounding best practices.
Understanding of electronic voltage, current, and thermal protection.
Familiar with V/Hz, Vector, and Sensorless Vector. Experience with Synchronous motor control a plus.
Experience with communication networks such as Ethernet, ModBus, RS232.
Experience programming PLCs
Experience with fiber optics
Experience with Murphy panels and industrial control systems
Experience motor protection relays such as GE Multilin and Schweitzer SEL
Working knowledge of LabView and other control software.
Familiar with air and water cooling systems. Familiarity with 2 phase cooling systems a plus. .
Experience with high power, medium voltage electrical equipment is an asset. Experience with medium voltage switchgear a plus.
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder networks, and manufacturing drawings.
Familiar with best practices for working with electronics in the field.
Exceptional troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem solving skill.
Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers.

POSITION SUMMARY

Plan, develop, coordinate, administer and perform the principal accounting and financial activities of the company, utilizing the latest techniques, procedures and methods. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Review existing accounting financial systems and procedures and implement remedial measures, if necessary. Develop and implement new accounting and financial analysis procedures in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
Develop, review or implement new procedures, methods, systems and techniques for processing financial data. Insure adequate controls and utilization of the latest and best accounting principles.
Advise accounting management of the latest business costs and trends, and prepare and issue reports concerning such costs and trends to insure that financial objectives are met.
Generate and convert financial data into report form through the use of computer software. Reports include divisional, company, or consolidated financial statements on a monthly and annual basis.
Assist in the preparation of costing rates used to develop product costs and establish standards or objectives.
Develop and maintain strategic planning models to support the business growth
Facilitate and review monthly forecast collaboration meeting with business partners
Investigate the costs variance and explain the cause effect. Propose to the management of corrective action.
Maintain fixed asset database and reporting methodology. Insure that internal budgets and controls are adhered to.
Conduct annual physical inventories, including those in Round Rock or at assigned regional warehouses.
Maintain Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.
Assist external audit process to ensure the data is provided and in compliance with the regulations.
Provide technical guidance, instruction and assistance to lower classified accounting personnel.

Quality Technician II

POSITION SUMMARY

Coordinate all inspection activities to include:

Source or incoming inspection, verification and testing on purchased products/services including raw materials, machined parts, sub-assemblies and completed products.
In-process inspection, verification and testing on machined parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies.
Final product inspection to include marking, preservation, and packaging for shipment.
Assisting with the administration of the program for control and calibration of inspection, measuring, and test equipment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement inspection and test activities defined by Quality/Project Control Plans.
Data and document control of drawings, specifications and work instructions.
Verify product identification and tractability.
Verify implementation of process control activities and provide process improvement input to those activities including work instructions, process specifications, process monitoring, maintaining equipment and environmental conditions, and personnel qualifications.
Verify and maintain inspection and test status of product during all phases of manufacturing including source, receiving, in-process, final, shipping and storage.
Inspection, verification and testing for warranty and repair work.
Perform product and process audits to assure conformance to specification requirements.
Apply measuring techniques and data collection to support the application of statistical methods in manufacturing, engineering and quality areas.
Train and qualify operators and/or inspection personnel.

SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS

The position requires daily contact with all levels of TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company (TWMC) and customers including Engineering, Marketing, Factory Operations, Supply Chain, Service and Accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the assigned essential duties satisfactorily and provide direction to inspectors and operators. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Interpret engineering drawing/process specification requirements as necessary to perform visual, dimensional, nondestructive and special process type inspection.

• Utilize all available measuring equipment and standards to evaluate dimensional and geometric product characteristics.

• Select the most appropriate measuring and test equipment for the task and provide training to others.

• Develop PC based information programs which allow input and retrieve of appropriate quality information.

• Use standard statistical software to accomplish tasks such as trend analysis, control charting and preparation of descriptive statistics.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Training and experience with leading team and using problem solving tools and basic statistical techniques appropriate for process control and monitoring.

• One of the following bullets must be met for education and experience.

⁃ Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in Business, Manufacturing, Design Engineering, or other technical degree area and (3) years inspection experience with equipment, methods and standards appropriate to the manufacture of heavy industrial equipment such as motors and generators.

⁃ Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and five (5) years inspection experience with equipment, methods and standards appropriate to the manufacture of heavy industrial equipment such as motors and generators.

⁃ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and ten (10) inspection experience with equipment, methods and standards appropriate to the manufacture of heavy industrial equipment such as motors and generators or (3) year's work experience in QA in an industrial setting.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Individuals must be able to perform the duties of the job at a level as generally prescribed and learned by attaining credentials that include one of the following bullets below:

• ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT)

• ASQ Certified Mechanical Inspector (CMI)

• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor

• ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT)

Marketing Communications Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for planning, budgeting, organizing, and coordinating TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company trade show activities. This includes procuring booth space, filling out all show registration and booth paperwork, ensuring payments are completed in a timely fashion to ensure maximum discounts, coordinating shipping materials, and managing all other activities required to ensure a successful show. The position requires travel to major shows by the employee. Some shows will be coordinated from Round Rock and may not be attended by the employee. For these events, it is critical that clear set-up and tear-down instructions are generated and communicated to TWMC show attendees. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The individual will be responsible for collecting leads from tradeshows, compiling in Excel or CRM, distributing to relevant TWMC Sales persons and then tracking the leads to determine success rate and ROI. Individual shall also continuously review the lead acquisition process for potential improvement of quality of leads.
The individual will coordinate the content for the sales and marketing intranet site.
The individual may be responsible for accumulating ideas, writing articles, and laying out the design of the company newsletter, Torque Report.
The individual may be responsible for creating and implementing company advertising.
The individual may be responsible for potentially engaging in social media.
The individual will support the planning efforts for sales and marketing meetings and other special events.
The individual will be responsible for procuring specialty company promotional materials.
The individual will assist with the development of product literature.
The individual will handle other marketing responsibilities on a project-by-project basis as time and scheduling allows.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
