POSITION SUMMARY
Junior member of a manufacturing team. Works with minimum direction from Team Leader or Supervisor. Performs motor testing, close tolerance manual machining and specialized assembly. Responsible for overall quality of the product. Has frequent contact with customers and other departments through witness tests, problem solving and shop tours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Works in highly specialized manufacturing areas to include product testing, machining, winding, painting, shipping, and assembly.
- Performs close tolerance testing and machining, and demonstrates the ability to solve complex manufacturing/product related problems.
- Sets standards of excellence for peers through deeds and actions. Trains/assists team members to develop improved manufacturing skills and techniques.
- Oversees product quality by understanding product design and processes and questions requirements that fall outside normal standards. Suggests product improvements.
- Operates moving equipment and makes complex overhead crane lifts in a safe manner.
- Works in a safe and efficient method while maintaining a clean work area.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Operations Sourcing Leader

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Buyer will help provide strategic focus in supply chain initiatives to support the company's strategic imperatives as measured by year- over- year continuous improvement in cost reduction, supplier development, performance, quality, strategic sourcing and processes.
The primary resource for Commodity Roadmaps, Strategic Supplier sourcing and selection, Supplier DFM (Design for manufacturability) and FPY (first pass yield) of components for TECO-Westinghouse products, to meet or exceed all customer expectations for delivery, quality, cost and customer service.
- Possesses knowledge of all aspects for assigned commodities and works toward a consistent scheme within the process.
- Significantly contributes to year- over-year sales growth and operational improvement through supplier continuous improvement and development.
- Responsible for meeting purchasing and supply needs in an assigned area of commodities and/or services, including planning, purchasing, and delivery to production line.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute commodity strategies and roadmaps.
- Recommend and implement systems and procedures which reduce inventory and lead-time, increase purchasing efficiency and reduce cost.
- Conduct supplier evaluations for source selection to include risk, quality, delivery and price. Lead the supplier's surveys, assessment, financial analysis and capacity ramp capabilities to reduce risk.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise to implement and improve the supply chain process.
- Evaluate regional low cost and high cost markets for specific commodities.
- Lead the negotiations team for Long Term Agreements (LTA) or Supplier Managed Inventory agreements.
- Provide leadership, technical expertise and implementation management to systems and procedures.
- Locate and recommend suppliers of materials, components and services with the responsibility for creating and maintaining a competitive market and reducing cost.
- Communicate purchasing policies and requisition procedures to all requisitions in the designated area of responsibility.
- Establish and maintain rapport and business association with suppliers. Obtains vendor technical and operating expertise as required to support company design and manufacturing personnel.
- Prepare ordering requirements for purposes of bid solicitation.
- Evaluate quoted prices by price and/or cost analysis and prepare a formal and comparative bid abstract.
- Negotiate the purchase of materials, components and services with the most favorable bidder for the best conditions of price, transportation cost, quality, and delivery consistent with requisition requirements.
- Be able to award purchase order for products in accordance with established policies and procedure including legal requirement, while seeking maximum value for dollar expenditures.
- Administer purchase orders after award and negotiate changes that may develop prior to completion. Resolve promptly any problems which might occur so as to ensure timely delivery of the item with the quality specified. Resolve shortages, rejected parts, and any situation wherein supplier invoices or discount action is at variance with order conditions.
- Maintain appropriate purchase order and correspondence files. Audit these files prior to closeout to assure all required documentation is complete.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (MBA would be a plus); and five to eight years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in purchasing complex electro/mechanical assemblies and technically precise commodities.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Certification by the Institute for supply management as certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) preferred.
APICS Certification - CPIM Certified Production and Inventory Manager preferred.
Certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
National Association of Purchasing Managers preferred.
Lean six sigma greenbelt certification- preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent negotiations skills.
- Ability to provide coaching and demonstrate leadership.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, MRP II, material and production control systems.
- Proficiency reading engineering drawings and specifications.

POSITION SUMMARY
Receives, stores and issues materials required for the building of product at TWMC. Receives and distributes a wide variety of tooling and supplies. Performs transactions in the computer system to receive, store and issue. Runs the stacker system to store and retrieve material including NEMA Motors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unloads materials from delivery equipment and inspects for visual damage. Coordinates the filing of a damage claim with the traffic specialist.
- Opens boxes and verifies the count of material against packing list to determine if there are shortages.
- Moves materials to Quality Control and to Stores after receipt.
- Stores materials in a location and records the location for retrieval.
- Issues materials to the shop floor or work orders for manufacturing.
- Works with Purchasing to resolve problems and/or discrepancies associated with receipts.
- Enters receiving, storing and issuing information into the computer.
- Assists the Operations and Quality departments as required in overload situations.
- Runs the stacker system to store and retrieve materials and NEMA Motors.
- Packs and ships parts and NEMA Motors, including hazardous materials.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Technician

POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinate, supervise, assist in creating and performing test programs for chemical, physical, and electrical analysis of materials. Supervise laboratory operation and training. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Create and review parametric and non-parametric 3D models, detailed product drawings, drawing
- Supervise laboratory operations, assignments and testing. Delegate work assignments to junior lab technicians. Schedule testing for the best use of test equipment and technician time.
- Process purchase orders for materials, machinery and maintenance work. Coordinate any required equipment maintenance with appropriate parties. Advise engineering on lab operations and equipment.
- Perform and train personnel to perform materials testing to TECO-Westinghouse or national standards. Set up, adjust, maintain, and operate test equipment improving TECO-Westinghouse material testing.
- Manage test records, test specifications and material data sheets. Document test procedures for common lab practices and procedures. Maintain computer records of above for statistical analysis.
- Control inventory of laboratory materials to insure proper testing and accuracy of test results.
- Maintain laboratory safety standards to insure safe operation of lab and safety of personnel.
- Inspect test results and perform preliminary assessment of results. Note any relevant facts which may have influenced testing.

POSITION SUMMARY
Plans and directs sales and marketing activities of organization's Green products and services, particularly Electric Vehicle Charger, by performing the following duties personally and through subordinate managers/supervisors. Must have solid technical background a thorough understanding of the EV Charger market to be successful in this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initial primary responsibility is the development of the EV market and to ensure the long term financial success of the company’s EV product line and ancillary products
- Position would require a blend of a technical background, marketing emphasis, and a sales oriented perspective which would be utilized to build a sustainable product line, continued accelerated growth, a goal of maintaining a healthy GP, and an overall profitable bottom line
- Core responsibility would be centered on market penetration and market strategy.
- Creates sales projections and sets objectives for assigned business products.

QUALIFICATIONS

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Active - FULL TIME REGULAR
POSITION SUMMARY
Manage relationship with customers to achieve annual sales objectives. Develop and implement sales plans for achieving sales objectives. This position will support markets in Arizona or Southern California.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Negotiate motor inquiries
- Assemble technical/commercial proposal data
- Make customer presentations
- Develop product knowledge of all products
- Provide feedback on competitive pricing and strategy
- Be proficient in the order entry process
- Lead selling team efforts
- Make sales calls on customers
- Be cognizant of antitrust laws and company policies
- Counsel and assist in training Associate and Inside Negotiators
- Develop a proven track record in sales by selling a minimum of 100% of assigned loading
- Establish, implement, review, and modify sales plans jointly with TWMC to sell and service assigned customers
- Provide technical assistance to customers in the selection, application, operation and maintenance of TWMC products and services
- Be aware and responsive to market conditions and competitive activities. Communicate such information to the operating divisions.
- Develop and maintain a cooperative and credible working relationship with other TWMC personnel to assure that the customer receives the best possible unified effort and service
- Manage expense allowances to obtain greatest return on investment and submit an expense report by the end of each month
- Support the Total Quality effort by:
- Providing timely, accurate information for order entry
- Elevating quality issues to the attention of management
- Ensuring that accurate information flows to and from our customers
- Serving on quality action teams as directed by management
- Implement new product introductions and programs
- Collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence data on customer needs, preferences and buying habits, as well as that of competitive manufacturers
- Prepare sales/budget forecasts and a Commercial Operations Report by the end of each month
- Provide necessary reports, surveys and marketing information in a timely manner, as requested by your manager
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position
- Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required
- Compliance with all Company policies is required, including adherence to Company ISO 9001 Standards and compliance with Company Affirmative Action Plan and Company Safety procedures
- Incorporate the Standards of Excellence as outlined by TECO-Westinghouse (Pride, Desire, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Follow-through) into daily activities in order to create a Total Quality environment through personal commitment to excellence
- Other functions as required (non-essential functions)
SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS
The position requires daily contact with customers, inside and Associate Sales Representatives, and TWMC marketing personnel
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven track record of successful sales in Field Sales positions dealing directly with customers. Use computer software programs of Excel, Word and PowerPoint to write reports or create presentations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; and one to two years of experience as an Inside or Associate Sales Representative and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic product/market/application knowledge
- Willingness to relocate
- Lead, train, and serve as a role model for Associate and Inside Sales Representatives
